Effective October 24, 2026. These terms apply to GovBot Census Geography at geography.govbot.ai, operated by Ideation Lab, Corp.

Permitted use

Use this read-only service for public-record research. No sign-in or purchase is required. Respect rate limits and the Census Bureau’s published terms for its services. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service or submit confidential information.

Source qualifications

Geocoded positions are interpolated along street address ranges and are not parcel or building locations. Layers carry different vintages; preserve the stated source, layer, vintage and retrieval time when reusing results. An unmatched address or an empty search is not evidence that an address or geography does not exist. ZIP Code Tabulation Areas approximate ZIP Code areas and are not USPS ZIP Codes.

Limits of the service

The service does not determine property ownership, parcel boundaries, hazard or flood status, program eligibility, voter registration or legal jurisdiction, and does not provide legal advice. Records are provided as available without a guarantee of completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular decision. GovBot is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Census Bureau or any government agency. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
